In 1950, William I. (Bill) Cohen, founded Pest Fog, Inc. when he found some pest control equipment that was for sale at what he thought was a reasonable price. His sons L.J. and Bill Cohen entered the business in the early 1970’s, and have owned it since 1977.
The business philosophy of Pest Fog, Inc. was, and continues to be:

All of our professional technicians are highly trained and are licensed by the Texas Structural Pest Control Board.
