Preparing Your Home For Service
Time to get ready for Pest Management. Before we arrive for your first Pest Management service, a few steps need to be taken on your part to ensure we can effectively control pests in your home.
2. Remove all pet food water dishes, toys including any children toys from the perimeter of the house.
3. Your technician will need to access your attic.
4. We do not randomly spray all your baseboards. It doesn’t do any good and puts excess chemicals in your home. The only time baseboard spraying does any good is when treating for scorpions. Clear some of the clutter out from under your sinks. Pests like to hide and nest near water, and move along pipes through the home. If you have cockroaches or ants in your kitchen, remove items from where they have been seen. For instance, if you’ve noticed ants on your kitchen counter, remove all items from your counter. Same thing in the bathrooms.
5. In any case, clear out as much clutter as possible. The more of your home we can see and inspect, the better we can do.
Pest Management service is limited to treating specific problems indoors and only using baits in strategic locations as a preventive measure. Outside a barrier treatment is performed to prevent pests from getting in.
